What kind of lights can I provide for the Basic package?
The Basic package is intended for professional lighting that has already been measured to fit your home. We’ll confirm your lights and layout before scheduling so everyone knows what to expect.
What happens if a light goes out or a line comes loose?
Mid-season support is included with both packages. Let us know what happened and we’ll get it handled so your display keeps looking its best.
How is my final price determined?
Pricing depends on the measured layout, roofline, access, package, and any trees, shrubs, inflatables, or other add-ons. We confirm your price upfront.
When are lights installed and taken down?
Installations are scheduled throughout November and December. Take-downs are typically completed in January, or coordinated for when you’re ready.
